Proposals are currently being finalised for the re-landscaping of
the Central Courtyard enhancing
the appearance as well as creating more defined walk-ways to the individual buildings.

Furthermore, works are already underway to refurbish further office floors in blocks 5, 6 and 9 and we are undertaking efurbishment works to all the WCs in East India House.

The existing retail arcade under block 10 will be permanently closed for access; guests to Kenza Restaurant and Lounge will be redirected through the Central Courtyard during the works program for the new Retail Areas.

We will from an estate point-of-view provide further updates about progress and access changes directly
to the dedicated facilities contact within your organisations. These are major works but rest assured we are very conscious of minimising the impact
and disruption to all our customers and users of Devonshire Square.
