The concert is part of Devonshire Square’s “Art for Love” Christmas Festival, a 4-week programme of FREE attendance world-class artistic performances, organized and curated by the Devonshire Square Events Team to support The Connection www.connection-at-stmartins.org.uk , London’s busiest homeless charity, in aid of which the Devonshire Square’s community will be fundraising from 1st to 21st December.

8 December: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
On Saturday 8th December, from 5pm to 10pm, WeWork's Devonshire Square will be proudly launching the first edition of its very own Soul Royalty Winter Festival, a soul music live concert that will see the participation of international touring artist Zalon and his guests Jodie Abacus, Leonn, Stephanie Sounds, Gavin Holligan and Teshay Makeda, some of the finest soul, funk and R&B artists in London. The event, organised by Devonshire Square in partnership with Zalon, aims at raising awareness and funds in support of The Connection, London’s busiest homeless charity, to which Devonshire Square has also dedicated all six editions of its “Art for Love” Festival. Zalon, whose career highlights include a six-year collaboration with Amy Winehouse during her “Back to Black” tour, has enthusiastically accepted Devonshire Square’s invitation to perform in their historical Western Courtyard for the 3rd time, using his vocal talent in support of an urgent cause. On the day of the event, donation boxes will be available on site and attendees will also be able to pay a visit to Devonshire Square’s Giving Tree, a unique Christmas tree entirely adorned with red paper hearts on which wishes of those in need have been carefully transcribed, in order to give them a chance to be read and honoured by visitors. All collected gifts and donations will be delivered to The Connection charity on Christmas’ eve. The Giving Tree, created by the Devonshire Square Events Team in 2015, has helped hundreds of homeless people supported by The Connection Charity to receive a thoughtfully made gift for Christmas. Devonshire Square would like to warmly thank Zalon, his guests and everyone who will be joining them in supporting this fantastic appeal. The event is FREE attendance, however, registration via Eventbrite is required.
