The locality is rich in history and Devonshire Square is still surrounded by many physical reminders of what made the City one of the most important World trading centres. Devonshire Square was the first office Estate in the area, originally being developed from the old East India Company and subsequently, Port of London Authority warehouses.
Devonshire Square absorbs the vibrancy and colour of the local markets, communities, restaurants and shops, supported each day by the high footfall spilling out from Liverpool Street Station.
Other visitors arrive from Stanstead airport, just 45 minutes away by dedicated express train service. From Liverpool Street Station, they disperse across the capital on foot or via the highest number of tube lines accessing any London station.
