Devonshire Square supports the charity Pilotlight

Pilotlight is a charity that helps small, innovative charities and social enterprises to grow. We work with these partner organisations to improve their services and reach more people, matching their managers with teams of business people who coach them through the process of planning for growth and sustainability. We work through a tried and tested process which allows our members – or 'Pilotlighters' – to make a measurable difference to their charity project in just three hours a month.

Pilotlight London is currently managing nearly 200 Pilotlighters on over 40 charity projects. Our members are business people across a range of industries and disciplines with skills and experience to provide support to small charities at a strategic level. By donating their skills and time, Pilotlighters become the catalysts for incredible change in these charities.
