Mac & Wild City

Mac & Wild City is the latest pop-up from Scottish game, seafood and whisky champions Mac & Wild. The pop-up features a 110 cover restaurant (open Mon – Sat, 12pm – 3.30pm / 6pm – 11pm), dedicated late night whisky bar (open 5pm - 2am, Mon - Sat), heated winter terrace and Gun Room.  

Staying true to their roots, the menu features their award winning Veni-moo burger and venison chateaubriand, while also welcoming new dishes such as harissa roast highland chicken, Isle of Gigha halibut steak and buckets of Scottish langoustine.

The downstairs whisky bar features an extensive whisky menu with over 120 varieties, Mac & Wild’s very own Scottish whisky cocktail range, and a bar menu with whisky nuts, venison scotch eggs, Scottish sausage rolls and charcuterie.

The Gun Room brings one of Scotland’s favourite pastimes to Devonshire Square. Decked out in pine trees, the Gun Room transports guests to a shoot in the higlands. Guests can practice their shot with a state of the art virtual shooting system, using real shotguns and realistic targets, whilst the rest of the team relax, drink whisky and feast on heart Scottish dishes served by the Mac & Wild loading lads and lassies.
